Program 2

This program provides a daily outline of workouts from Coach Braz, with constant communication to adjust the program to match your progress.

Runners at all levels and goals use this program to get the most from their desire to reach their potential.

This program is not specific to a season. You may start this program at any time.
Participants in Program 2 have access to all onsite workouts during all seasons.

Spring Program

The 15-week Spring program begins in mid-April and continues to the end of July. You may attend weekly onsite workouts, guided by the coaching staff, or communicate with Coach Braz during the program via email to receive your workouts.

The program includes a 15-week outline that is based on your goals and level.

Fall Program

The 15-week Fall program begins in August and continues into early November. You may attend weekly onsite workouts, guided by the coaching staff, or communicate with Coach Braz during the program via email to receive your workouts.

The program includes a 15-week outline that is based on your goals and level.

Winter Program

The 19-week Winter program begins in December and continues to mid-April. Runners who use this program usually have a spring marathon as their goal.

The 15-week Winter program begins in January and continues to mid-April.

For both programs, you may attend weekly onsite workouts, guided by the coaching staff, or communicate with Coach Braz during the program via email to receive your workouts. Note that in the 19-week program there are no onsite workouts in December.

Both programs include an outline that is based on your goals and level.

Going the Distance (GTD) offers the following programs (listed below) for runners.
